Reset Your Password

When you are locked out of your netteller account or have forgotten your PIN, you now have the ability to reset your PIN without ever calling the bank.

To set this feature up you will need to do the following:

  1. Successfully login to your Netteller account.
  2. Go to the "Options" tab.
  3. Enter your current E-mail address.  This is the address an e-mail will be sent to with a link to reset your Pin if you ever lock yourself out.
  4. Select a security question.
  5. Type in the answer to your security question. Warning, answers are case sensitive.
  6. Click on the "Submit" button.

If you ever lock yourself out or forget your PIN number follow these steps.

  1. With or without entering your Netteller ID or PIN, click on the "Login" button.
  2. On the upper right side of this screen, click the "Reset Pin" tab.
  3. When the Reset Pin screen appears, fill in the information as requested.
    1. Netteller ID number - This is the ID number that The Killbuck Savings Bank provided you with when you opened your online account.
    2. E-mail address on file – must match the e-mail that you have set up on your Netteller account.
    3. E-mail Subject - This will be the subject of the e-mail, the Netteller system sends you containing the new Pin link.
  4. Click the "Submit" button.
  5. A new screen will appear stating that you will receive an e-mail shortly. It says, "Thank you. You will receive an e-mail shortly with instructions on how to reset your PIN." This may take a few moments before the e-mail is sent to your e-mail address.

**NOTE** You have two hours to respond to the e-mail, otherwise you will have to start the process over.

When you receive the e-mail from webmaster@killbuckbank.com, click on the link provided to reset you PIN. 

  1. Enter your Netteller ID.
  2. Answer your security question, which was previously set up in your Netteller account. The answer is case sensitive, so enter it exactly as you did when you set it up.
  3. Click the "Submit" button.

A new screen will appear where you enter your new 8 digit alphanumeric PIN.

  1. Please enter a new PIN.
  2. Re-enter your new PIN.
  3. Click the "Submit" button.

A message will be displayed stating, "Your PIN has been successfully updated." From here you can choose to "Go to Login page" or "Close Browser."
